Shipping & Return Policies Once you have placed an order, you can expect it to arrive within seven to ten business days. Your order will be processed for shipment only during business hours. Our business hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday 7 AM - 4:00 PM, Central Standard Time. The charges for shipping and handling are as follows:
Certain items will be subject to Oversized Shipping Charges, due to the large size of the package. Domestic orders outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii): Your order will be shipped via U.S. Mail ONLY. Postal Route, P.O. Box Addresses: Sorry, we do not currently ship to P.O. Back-ordered Products In the event of a back-ordered or out of stock product, Pets International, Ltd. will attempt to fulfill your order with a comparable item.
